Shipping & Returns
- USA & CANADA: We ship orders through UPS or FedEx (Ground) and USPS (Priority). ALL orders are insured.
- INTERNATIONAL (Overseas): We ship ALL International orders through USPS (Priority). All packages are insured (unless insurance is unavailable). We do NOT include Duty Tax that may Duty Tax be required upon delivery. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to pay all to Tax along with any other fees outside of the actual shipping cost by Merch&Marine.
- INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS are responsible for knowing the rule and regulations including Duty Tax of International Sales before purchasing.
- SHIPPING COSTS: There is a flat rate fee is $3.75 per item for up to three items; $3.25 per item for 4 or more items.
- All customers are provided with 'Delivery Confirmation' upon completion. Please refer to the tracking number provided before attempting to contact Merch&Marine for status and updates.
- PLEASE inspect your order upon arrival. If you order arrives and is damaged or lost, we will be happy to file a claim on your behalf. Be sure to contact Merch&Marine immediately upon arrival if your order is damaged or lost.
- If your order arrives damaged, please be sure to take photos of the damaged item(s) including photos of the damaged packaging. Please do not discard your order or the damaged packaging until further notice.
No returns available, but we'll happily do an exchange if the undamaged item/items are returned to us within 30 days of purchase. Please mail the undamaged item/items to 1300 SE Stark St., Suite 208 Portland, Oregon, 97214 along with a copy of your receipt. Please also include your return address.
